About hypnosis and safety
Will I lose control during hypnosis?
No. You remain aware of what's happening throughout the session and cannot be made to do anything against your wishes. Hypnosis is a collaborative process, not mind control.
Can I be hypnotized if I'm a skeptic?
Absolutely. You don't need to 'believe' in it for it to work.
Hypnosis works with your natural ability to focus and imagine, not something being done to you.
Is hypnotherapy safe, and is it right for everyone?
For most people, yes. If you have a diagnosed mental or physical health condition, I'll ask about it and may suggest speaking to your GP first. Hypnotherapy works alongside medical care, not instead of it.
What does a session feel like?
Most people find it deeply relaxing and grounding.
You remain in full control throughout, feeling a calm, focused state where we can gently explore and begin to shift patterns.
About Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH)
How does online hypnotherapy work?
Sessions take place by private video call. You join from a quiet, comfortable place at home, and I guide you through the session. You'll need a device with a camera, a stable internet connection and a room where you won't be interrupted. Headphones can help.
How is CBH different from counselling and other therapies?
Different approaches suit different people. Counselling often provides space for exploration and emotional support, while CBH combines CBT and hypnotherapy in a more structured, goal-focused approach designed to help create meaningful and lasting change.
Will we just talk about my problems?
While talking is an important part of therapy, meaningful change happens through understanding, reflection and action.CBH is a collaborative process. Together, we'll explore what's keeping you stuck, identify helpful changes and develop practical tools that you can begin using in everyday life. Depending on your goals, you may also be invited to practise exercises between sessions to support your progress.
Can hypnotherapy really work online?
Yes. The process is the same as in person: we talk, then I guide you into a calm, focused state. Many people find it easier to relax in their own space, and you can stay there afterwards.
Sessions and practicalities
What happens during the first session?
The first session is an opportunity for us to explore what brings you to therapy, understand your goals and begin building a personalised plan for moving forward. Depending on your needs, we may also introduce some initial strategies or techniques.
How often should sessions take place?
For most clients, weekly sessions are recommended, particularly at the beginning of therapy, as this helps maintain momentum and build on progress from one session to the next. In some circumstances, sessions may be scheduled every two weeks. Together, we'll discuss what feels most appropriate for your goals and needs.
Is what I say confidential?
Yes. I treat everything you share as confidential. The only exceptions are when the law requires me to share information, or when there's a serious risk to your safety or someone else's. I'll explain this at the start.
How much does it cost?
The discovery call is free.
Single session cost £ 95.
Package of 3 sessions cost £255.
Package of 6 sessions cos £ 450.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on what you're working with and what you'd like to change, so there isn't one number that fits everyone. We'll review your progress together as we go, and we move at your pace. Nothing is rushed.
How long is a session?
Sessions last around 60 minutes.
What is your cancellation policy?
I ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.
This gives me the chance to offer the slot to someone else.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full.
Life can be unpredictable, so if something unexpected comes up, please let me know as soon as you can to cancel or reschedule.
In which languages do you offer sessions?
I offer sessions in both English and Polish.
All sessions are online, by private video call, for clients in the UK and beyond.
About me and finding the right fit
What are your qualifications?
I hold a Level 5 certification from the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy,
I work under professional supervision,
and I keep developing my practice through additional training.
I'm a member of the NCIP and the GHR,

You can read more on my About Me page.
How do I know if we're the right fit?
Finding the right therapist is an important part of the process. If you're unsure whether my approach is right for you, you're welcome to book a free discovery call. It gives us an opportunity to discuss your needs, answer any questions you may have, and explore whether working together feels like a good fit. There's no obligation to continue if you decide I'm not the right therapist for you.
